Like everyone else I really love the product when I can get enough pumped out, it is very difficult. I would think that my pump is broken but not fell apart yet.

I’ve just recieved this product in a bundle I bought from beauty bay. Lovely cleanser, made my extremely dry and sensitive skin feel lovely. However, first pump and it broke. I’ve had to take the top off and leave it upside down and open until I figure out how to decant it. That’s the only bad thing I have to say about this product. Otherwise really nice.

really good product but the packaging isn’t the best, although it looks very sleek my bottle hasn’t stopped leaking since i bought it and when my order arrived a lot had leaked out then i to the box it was packaged in. if it wasn’t for this the product would have 5 stars!

PLUS: Leaves my whole face clean and very soft after use. I have oil prone tzone/chin but rest of face is dry.
I’ve started gua sha so wanted an oil that wouldn’t block or make me break out

NEGATIVE: THE PUMP BROKE! I see most of the reviews mention this.
Pump needs a redesign asap.

I recently purchased the calm and soothe gel to oil cleanser the product itself is amazing and I absolutely love it, however the packaging is so bad the lid does not attach to the product the pump has broken so I’m having to pour the product into a separate tub and use it from there and the bottle has sooo much excess product that is just stuck in there it’s terrible and the design is poor ruins a brilliant product.
